Ladyfingers
Excellent!!! I have two Ladyfinger pans and they were great. Love the recipe. Actually, once you make homemade ladyfingers, you won't want to buy them. Thanks Roxanne

Corned Beef Hash Cakes
O.K. I tried these this morning, and yes they did want to fall apart, however, letting the batch sit for about an hour, and they firm up.There really isn't much flavor to them, added onion powder, and garlic powder, but still kind of tasteless. Put the rest of the batch in the freezer.

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding I
No, Iuse leftover cooked rice and cook it a second time in milk, with sugar, when all milk is absorbed, I add almon extract, and let it get Cold, then I add two cups of whipped cream. Mmmmmmm delicious.
