These tasted awesome!!! When I was mixing, the batter took on the consistancy of cookie dough, though. I know that muffin batter should be slightly lumpy and should be mixed as little as possible, so I put in a little extra milk to thin it out, being careful to not over mix. And I filled the muffin cups full, as suggested. They all ran together and made it difficult to remove. In the end, they were not aesthetically pleasing, but were sooooo tasty! I will make this again, but probably won't fill the cups all the way. :)
