I used cheesecake flavored pudding because I didn't know what else to do with it. They turned out pretty good.

This is the first breakfast I made my boyfriend and he still begs for them on the weekends.

Normally my chicken turns out dry. This, however, was PERFECT! And my boyfriend who's a born-and-raised southern boy said it was the best he ever had and begged me not to tell his momma he said it. :)

These tasted awesome!!! When I was mixing, the batter took on the consistancy of cookie dough, though. I know that muffin batter should be slightly lumpy and should be mixed as little as possible, so I put in a little extra milk to thin it out, being careful to not over mix. And I filled the muffin cups full, as suggested. They all ran together and made it difficult to remove. In the end, they were not aesthetically pleasing, but were sooooo tasty! I will make this again, but probably won't fill the cups all the way. :)

WOW! I have never made a pound cake before. I didn't have a selection of extracts to use, so I went with vanilla extract, some coconut rum, and fresh lime juice. The batter itself was unbelievably delicious (I'm a spoon-licker). And when it came out of the oven, it was sooooooo moist and perfect. I melted some white chocolate chips with some lime juice, a little milk, and some confectioner's sugar to make an 'icing.' All the guys at work thought it was heaven.

I normally like to take a picture of the recipes I try on here. As soon as I set the plate down at work, they were gone, so I couldn't take a picture. Seriously. I brought them in on Monday and have had multiple requests that I bring them again next week. Maybe I'll get a picture next time... Probably the best snickerdoodles I've ever had or made.

I saw an episode of Unwrapped where they showed how monkey bread was made. So I came on here to find a recipe and used this one. I don't have a tube or bundt pan so I used two loaf pans. I skipped the raisins (Not a fan of wrinkly fruit)and used some chopped, lightly salted pecans. WOW! For such a simple recipe it really tastes great!!! I figured the biscuit flavor would be overpowering and easily recognizable as "canned" but it wasn't! I will definately make this again!

Being a "yankee" living in the south, people were skeptical when I told them I was going to make Brunswick Stew. After hearing an hour long lecture on how to do it, I ignored them and printed this recipe. I made a big batch and brought it into work. They ate it right up! I skipped the ground beef and pork and just used shredded chicken and shredded beef (beef cubes, cooked then shredded). I skipped the hot sauce and added some extra corn. I was told it tasted good, like brunswick stew, so I am taking that as a compliment.

This recipe was great. I skipped the beef broth and added just a little water. Turned out great!

This is my new trusty stand-by cookie recipe. I took these in to my job when I first started to see if I could win a few new friends. Now I get requests to bring them on Friday.

This is the only clam chowder recipe I use. My husband is not a fan of chowder, but was shocked at how much he liked this! So was I. It really is the red wine vinegar that makes it pop!. I use three cans of chopped clams because we like bigger chunks. I also used a bottle of clam juice instead of water. Absolutely perfect!

I made these and changed the recipe a little. I skipped the canned chili and tomato soup and used two cans of red enchilada sauce and one can of green enchilada sauce. I also baked them instead of microwaving. They turned out REALLY good. My husband (who usually comes poking around for seconds and thirds) was FULL after the first one. He was happy there were left overs to take for lunch the next day. I stuffed them full of the filling (that I added some chopped cilantro to) and topped with the sauces and cheese before baking covered at 350. After about twenty minutes (when the cheese was melted) I took them out, garnished with sour cream, tomatos, and a little lettuce. I will definetly make these again.

These tasted GREAT! Most people who tried them couldn't handle more than one or two. They're very rich/heavy. This will definately spoil your appetite if eaten too close to dinner time!

I use this recipe everytime I make scones. White chocolate and cranberries... mmmm... And a splash of vanilla.

These cookies are awesome. I don't grind the oats because everyone at my house prefers a chunkier texture. They never last more than two days. And the ingredients usually find their way onto the shopping list every week or two. Good stuff!

This pizza turned out really well! I omitted the peppers, though. Just not a big fan. It was still delicious. My husband, stepmom and I devoured it! Even my 2 year old sister got in on the action.

It was so good, I ate the whole thing myself.

I made this for my boyfriend (a very picky eater) and less than a week later he proposed! Not only is it delicious, it'll make even the pickiest eater happy!

This was so good, I could have eaten the whole tray myself!
