I'm a 33 year old (omg!) married mother of 2 preschool boys. My biggest struggle is to find meals that are healthy, easy and which all 3 of my men will eat. It's harder than Chemistry - seriously!
My favorite things to cook
spicy peanut chicken (Betty Crocker cookbook)
Chicken Ceasar Salad
Aunt Janine's Chicken Bake (I'll put it up later!)
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom make's a mean lasagna. My Grandma made the best bread in the world. My husband's family makes parogies and cabbage rolls from home soured cabbage *yum*
My cooking triumphs
I am not sure I have had many of these yet in my life *sigh*
My cooking tragedies
Once I tried to make raviolli for my family (I was 18 or 19) and a friend - it turned into some wierd soup because all the ravioli broke apart.
The first time I tried to roast a chicken - I thought it would need a bit of water to steam it (don't ask me why) - I had my husband's parents over and we all ate what my husband now calls "lemon basil water chicken!)
