I'm a SAHM of 2 boys. I love allrecipes.com because it gives me the flexibility of not really thinking about the menu until I have to! Then I just browse recipes or do an ingredient search for what I have on hand, and get some great ideas. My favorite things to cook....everything! Our family cooks together, real meals from scratch. I have managed to fool my friends and relatives into thinking I am a good cook! Too many to count! How about the exploding eggplant?
