Pan-Fried Asparagus
This was fantastic! I doubled the batch and used the leftover asparagus in omlets for breakfast. Hubby has already asked when I am making again!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Quick and delicious! I used the measurements for everything except the Parmesan cheese.....I just added to the taste and consistency that I wanted. I saved some sauce to top grilled veggies....yum!!!!!
