About this Cook
I am an Air Force brat and have lived all over the world. I have been in love with everything food since living with my Grandma as a child...she was awesome! I am currently in college and trying for medical school.I have had the pleasure of meeting alot of people in my life and experiencing many diffent types of foods, I believe that food is like a painting just waiting to be painted. There are no limits visually or of the palette.
My favorite things to cook
I have taken up cake decorating as a sort of home business and so it is currently my fav cooking medium. Truely though there is NOTHING I don't love to cook.Anything new and eye appealing is just great.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I come from a Slovik and Hungarian background. However my mother remarried Italian. So there was a big Italian food presence in our home.
My cooking triumphs
Pulling off a New Years Eve party for 300. I used most of Martha Stewart's appetizer cookbook for my table. Everyone raved and all but a few crumbs were left in less than an hour. My roomate and her sister helped in the process. We created about 2000 appetizers!
My cooking tragedies
Making my first cornish game hens for a party of 8. I completed the marinading and stuffing process, left them on the counter in the kitchen and went next door for a moment. When I returned my loving dog was in the process of devouring the 4th of 8! Tragedy!!!! I ended up grabbing some organic chickens and made a similar dinner.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup
This is the best recipe ever!!! I followed it to a tee. I did on the second round however, add(1/2 c.) blue cheese crumbles and it gave it that bite I like in wings! Excellent submission thanks!!!
