About this Cook
I am 15 years old and I love to cook!! I cook almost everyday. I love making up new recipes and adding them to this website. I also like finding fun recipes on this website too. I have loved cooking since I was about 6 years old! My first time cooking something by myself was with my easy bake oven I got for christmas when I was 8.
My favorite things to cook
EVERYTHING!! Especially breads!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I cook dinner for my family about 2-3 times a week...my mom really enjoys it when I cook for the family!
My cooking triumphs
When I was hungry one afternoon for lunch, I came onto this website and started looking for a recipe. I couldn't find anything interesting to make so I logged off and went into my kitchen to make up a recipe. When I went into the kitchen I started looking around for some ingredients and I wanted to make a pot pie but I wanted to do something original so I thought: Why not make the crust like bread? So I got everything out that I would use for pie crust and everything I would need to make bread. I mixed it all up and...whaddya know? I made something very succesful! Watch for the recipe on this website! It is called: Stuffed Bread.....it is delicous!!!!
My cooking tragedies
One Time I was making some side dishes for my family's dinner that night and I couldn't use the same recipe for some garlic cheese bread that I had made a few months back so I tried to remember how to make it and I found a recipe for buttermilk baking mix on the internet and it turned out to be a really bad one! There was dry milk powder in it and that made the bread taste AWFUL! Nobody cared for it much, not even myself! The baked corn recipe I had made was delicious the first time but it was pretty different the second time. So I think this is a tragedy for myself!

Soft Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks
These are the best breadsticks I have ever eaten in my whole life! When I made these I did make a couple of changes, but only minor changes. Instead of using a food processor I just used a fork to mix and didn't even knead them. I let them rise in the bowl twice before turning out onto a floured surface. Then I rolled them out into a big square (by the way, I doubled the recipe) and cut it into thirds and then into 1-inch strips. Then I took two at a time and twisted them together to equal a total of 24. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I know I will be making it for me and my family very often. So if you don't have a food processor, you can totally use just a fork and they will turn out perfect! And from the reviews I have read it sounds like people think they are flavorless and they certainly were not. Just make sure that you use enough Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese and they'll have all the flavor you were looking for!

Cinnamon-Sugar Fan Biscuits
These are really good! I made them to go along with my mom's chicken stew and they were a big hit. I doubled the recipe and it made 18 of them and we ended up having only 4 or 5 left and there were 5 of us eating them. I will definitely make these again and maybe sometime for breakfast alongside some eggs since they are so much like cinnamon rolls, only they don't really need the frosting! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
This is the best pot pie ever! I changed it up a bit but still followed the general recipe. What I did is I used Green Beans instead of the celery and used more than a half a cup. Everything cooked up perfectly and the vegetables were just divine. My mom said it was one of the best pot pies she had ever tasted! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
