Yum, that was about all we could say while eating! I added onion & garlic to the ground beef while browning! I didn't have any mozzarella cheese, so I used the bag of shredded Italian cheese I had. I made it early in the day and put it into the fridge - with a lid on it, all mixed together. Heated it up a little bit longer and we couldn't be happier! What a simple and delicious meal!!! Absolutely the easiest to make and the tastiest to eat! My chicken always comes out dry, not this time! I used what I had, boneless/skinless breasts, Panko and Emeril's Essence. Rubbed the chicken with some mayo and shook in the bag with the coating mix. Baked at 375* as someone else recommended. I used my broiler pan so the heat would get underneath the chicken and also turned it after 30 minutes. We all thank-you for something so easy and so good!!! DH said this is a keeper! (I want to now try it w/pork chops!!! Mine are usually leather like!!!)
