Cookie Balls

The name of the recipe doesn’t do it justice. I loved these although they are a little messy to roll into balls, I will refrigerate for longer next time (only set them in the fridge for about 10 minutes) maybe that will help. I also used white chocolate to dip them in.

Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

This was ok, I took out the sugar as others did and added chopped onion and topped with breadcrumbs. Will probably make again, the cream of corn is a nice change from casseroles using cream soups.

Cheddar Cabbage Casserole

I was skeptical of this recipe but was determined to try it because of the great reviews, I am glad I did. I did use crushed Ritz for the top instead of corn flakes and after reading a few reviews used cream of mushroom instead of cream of celery. Next time I would like to try with kielbasa as some other reviews did.

Cheesy Chicken Rolls

I took the advise of some other reviews and made 2 rectangular rolls, they came out great. I also cooked the soup/milk/cheese mixture in a sauce pan and poured over the rolls after they came out of the oven.

Sausage and Bow-tie Pasta Florentine

This was delicious. I had to make this using frozen broccoli because, despite my efforts, the hubby hates spinach. I would love to try it sometime with spinach because I think it would be great. I also sautéed the sausage with garlic instead of broiling.

Green Bean and Canadian Bacon Casserole

This had great flavor, I had some extra canadian bacon to use up so when I came accross this recipe I gave it a shot. I used a can of green beans & a 1/2 bag of frozen veggies. And of course I threw in some shredded cheese because everything is always better with cheese. I also used 2 cans of cream of chicken instead of cream of celery.

Lattice Chicken Potpie

Very yummy with the crescent dough on top- I did not bother to do the strips on top, I just took it out of the package and plopped it on top. I used cream of potato, but next time I will probably use cream of chicken.

Zucchini Casserole I

This was very yummy. I sauteed the zucchini, carrots & onion instead of boil. I can't believe I made a casserole that doesn't call for cheese!! But I didn't even miss it.
