Slow Cooker Chops

Seasoned pork with garlic powder & onion pepper as well as S&P, added corn as well as green beans, came out pretty good and the pork fell apart after 7 hrs, my 3 year old loved it!

These were great, had some raspberries to use up that I was afraid were going to go to waste. Left out almond extract since I didnt have any and left off the brown sugar because many reviews said it wasnt needed. They are good warm or cold!

Pulled Chicken Crescents

I mixed some shredded cheese in with the chicken/bbq sauce mixture and then added a little more before rolling up. Very good!!

Beef Nacho Casserole

The only change I made was added a layer of refried beans. My 3 year old practically licked her plate! Will be making again, with the beans.

Cone Cupcakes

Made these for my daughters 3rd birthday, all the kids loved them!! I used a package of colored cones (blue, pink & purple). I also made them a day before, which resulted in the cone being a bit chewy, but no one seemed to care. I also made them with strawberry boxed cake mix. A tip I found online: for storage/traveling, use an empty egg carton turned upside down with holes cut out for each cone- worked perfectly.

Orange Slush

1/2 Cup sugar is way to much for me, I cut it back to 1/3 and next time I might cut it back to 1/4. Other than its great! My 3 year old loves them :)

Garlic Pasta

Very good, not too rich like my usual pasta/alfredo dishes! I ommited the red pepper, and used both olive oil & butter, sauteed the garlic first. Served with steamed broccoli.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Country Breakfast Casserole

Not my favorite breakfast casserole, make exactly as written, though it seemed something was missing. Probably won't make again but if I do I might follow other posters who used hashbrowns on top instead of bread.

Quick and Easy Monkey Bread

The layering process didn't work well for me, wish I had followed a different recipe that you butter & coat each piece of bread dough before putting in the pan. It seemed like the butter just clumped the sugar and didnt really get on all the pieces.

Famous Butter Chicken

Grandmother's Carrot Casserole

I loved this, but hubby did not, he thought it was too sweet and I even cut the sugar back to 1/4 cup. I might try it again using even less sugar, but overall I thought it was different.
