I didn't care for these. Way too sweet and the graham cracker crust just doesn't do it for me. Won't make again. (I followed recipe exactly except I left out the butterscotch chips since I didn't have any.)

I had high hopes for this recipe, but mine came out terrible. I followed the recipe mostly to the letter, except I added more peaches. Probably because I used more peaches, they didn't cook fully -- even after extra oven time and then they stuck to the pan. Plus I think they're too buttery/rich/heavy. I think a lower temp for a longer time, with the peaches cut into smaller pieces, using paper muffin cups and cutting the butter with applesauce (or just leaving some out?), this may be okay. But the way it turned out for me, I have to give it just two stars.

Really good. I did increase the sugar a little per the reviews but not so sure they needed it, especially with sweet icing. Next time I may try the recipe as written. I did double the vanilla, though, and would do that again. Also, you really need to watch to make sure you don't overcook them. They go from done to overdone really fast. This recipe is a keeper for sure. Thanks!
