Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
A little time consuming, but worth it! I cheated and served with store-bought cinnamon pita chips. I used strawberries, apples, kiwi, and blueberries with sugar-free strawberry preserves. My guests couldn't get enough! This would be a nice, healty replacement for syrup over pancakes or waffles, or as a topping for low-fat frozen yogurt.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This pie was rich and delicious! I used an Oreo cookie crust, light cream cheese and cool whip, and added about 5 or 6 chopped up peanut butter cups, and only a splash of milk. I may try to use a little less sugar next time as it was extremely rich. But well worth the little amount of effort that went into making this. The kids and adults both raved about it!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
OMG!!! Based on other reviews, I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 butter flavored shortening. I used peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips to get a "peanut butter cup" taste. These were awesome! Soft, good texture, and amazing taste! This is my new favorite cookie recipe!
