Banana Muffins II
I've made these muffins the past 2 Saturday mornings. Taking care to slowly fold the wet and dry ingredients together results in very fluffy, moist muffins with a huge banana flavor!

BREAKSTONE'S Cucumber-Dill Salad
Followed the recipe exactly but ended up needing to add a little salt (personal preference). Other than that, the combo of dill and cucumbers is a classic!

Eggplant Parmesan II
My husband and I both LOVE eggplant parmesan, and that is what we always order when we go to a particular Italian restaurant in our town. We have not been able to find a comparable recipe anywhere until now. Thank you so much for posting this!
