Egg and Sausage Casserole
Yum! Cooked the crust 7 min before adding other ingredients. Also, used 10 eggs and 3/4 cup milk per other reviewers. Very good! Loved the oregano.

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole
This was really yummy. They flavor was fantastic. I used monterey jack cheese. Next time I would add a little more cilantro, and probably cook and shred the chicken. I found the cubes to be a little unusual for the dish. Other than that it was perfect.

Baklava
This is a great recipe! I used chopped pecans and hazelnuts. I think pistacios would be even better, and will use them next time. I agree with previous reviewers, make the sauce first, chill and pour over warm baklava. It comes out very well that way. So easy too! Thanks for the recipe!
