I'm a firefighter in Everett, Ma. I like to cook for my brothers when I'm on duty. I'm married to Kim, the love of my life and my best friend. We have 3 kids: Matthew, Kristyn & Lauren. Life is good. Italian Wedding Soup, Hawaiian Pork Roast, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork sandwiches, Holiday Quiche, Roman Chicken, Sirloin Strip Roast, Prime Rib, Sunday Italian Sauce and American Chop Suey. Everytime my brothers at the firehouse say "Good Job" after a cooked meal. When I first started cooking, I tried to be fancy. I added cognac to a pot, then lighted it like they show you on the Food Network. Almost burned the house down. No cognac at my house anymore.
