My favorite things to cook
I love breakfast. My favorite breakfast dish is biscuts with bacon gravy. Everyone I know loves my recipe for it. I also love to grill.
My cooking triumphs
I have been able to take apart and replicate several resteraunt recipes good enough that people can't tell and thought I ordered out.
My cooking tragedies
I haven't had much luck making 7 minute icing. It always comes out like syrup instead.

Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was good. My wife is not a big meat person so she wasn't sure on this but she has asked for it a couple of times since she had it originally. The original recipe sisn't have potato or onion so I added those and put in enough water to cover them and the flavor was still well defined.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
Pretty good. I followed the recipe and the family enjoyed it. Sometimes the flavor would be hit and miss.
