My favorite things to cook

I love breakfast. My favorite breakfast dish is biscuts with bacon gravy. Everyone I know loves my recipe for it. I also love to grill.

My cooking triumphs

I have been able to take apart and replicate several resteraunt recipes good enough that people can't tell and thought I ordered out.

My cooking tragedies

I haven't had much luck making 7 minute icing. It always comes out like syrup instead.

Blue Cheese Burgers

All the prep work for this and it tasted like just another burger. It needs more to it. I will try it again with more of all the other ingredients.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

These were good. We usually make these with traditional hot wings for a variety. It's a little sweet with a tangy finish.

Wassail Punch

This tastes good and can be made with or without spirits. I added some Burgundy to it and it added a wonderful complex flavor to it.
