Beef and Bean Chimichangas
Very good recipe. I made it with ground turkey and for more spice I added some habenero salsa. My girlfriend added tobasco and said it was perfect. Very good and simple recipe.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Great recipe. I dont stuff the turkey. I made it in a casserole dish. Only change needed was more turkey stock since it doesnt have the turkey juices to keep it moist. I already have requests to make it this Thanksgiving.

Crescent Pastry Puff
Great recipe. So good and so easy. I also put more cinnamon/sugar mixture on the apples. Plenty left for the topping. 2 large apples or 3 smaller ones is more than enough. Thanks!
