Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
So delicious and savory. I used fresh rosemary, thyme, and one sage leaf (omitted oregano) and also added carrots and a little diced shallot. Baked for 55 minutes and it came out super juicy. Basted it a little with melted butter 15-min. before complete.

Spanish Chicken and Chorizo
Really flavorful and good! I used smoked paprika instead of regular an dit complemented the chorizo perfectly and added an extra depth of flavor.

French Onion Soup VII
My fiance orders French Onion soup every time its on a menu. I surprised him and made this one night and it was better than a lot of restaurants! I used a few less onions, chicken broth instead of veg. and added a little red wine (in addition to the white!) so the broth would taste more "beefy", because most F.O. soups call for beef stock. With all these changes it still tasted amazing! It was so easy too.
