Beef and Parmesan Pasta
This recipe was really good, except that it needs ALOT more than 1 can of beef broth. It seemed to dry up fast, and once I added the beef back in, there wasn't even enough liquid to cover that. SO I added a 4 oz can of tomatoe sauce, and also seasoned my beef with garlic pepper...and it was BUENO! My husband, and 2 year old daughter loved it, too! Thanks:)

Blackened Salmon Fillets
HEED OTHER REVIEWERS WARNING! Do not cook this inside the house, unless you want to open all windows and doors! It was so smokey we all choked through dinner...but it was delicious! I would recommend cooking less than 4 minutes on each side, because mine burnt a little...but overall the fish was nice and moist, and the flavor was terrific! Thanks:)

Turkey Pot Pie I
Yummy, yummy! We had gallon freezer bags full of leftover turkey, and this was a delicious way to take care of them! I also used a refrigerated pie crust, and I used a frozen bag of mixed veggies...turned out awesome! A recipe we will use again and again!
