Zucchini Bread III

great recipe. I used the 1/2c oil and 1/2c applesauce and the 1/4c oats instead of the wheat germ. It was awesome. Thanks

Corrigan's Minestrone

GREAT SOUP. I added canned tomatoes in puree instead of tom. paste because we like the tomatoes in soup. It was great. Excellent recipe. Thanks

Crumb-Topped Salmon
