Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

This was amazing! Much better than take out. I did everything exactly as written but doubled the sauce (I had more than a pound of beef). I put the extra sauce in a gravy boat to pass. We just couldn't get enough of it! Thank you so much!

Butter Beef

Wonderful! I followed the recipe and we all loved it! The only thing my husband added was some pepper and worcestershire sauce to his plate. Might try adding that in the crockpot next time, but honestly I love it as is!

Famous Pork Chops

PERFECT! So easy and so good. I used Ritz crackers crumbled and flash-fried on each side before putting them in the baking dish. They were unbelievably juicy and tender and were not mushy at all. A definite keeper!

Baked Kale Chips

Oh my! I can't believe how addicting these are! I never even had Kale, but just started looking for recipes to try it since it's just so darned good for you. I stumbled upon this recipe and figured it would be a good way to introduce myself to Kale. Didn't have parchment paper, but they crisped up just fine right on the baking sheet. Kept a close eye on them to make sure they didn't burn. Perfect. THANK YOU!!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Wonderful! I love Brussels Sprouts but usually just steam or boil them. This recipes is so easy and is really delicious. I took an earlier reviewer's advice and par-boiled them for a couple of minutes then cut them in half to shorten the roasting time. Thank you for another great addition to my recipe box!!

Very, very good! Definitely heed the warning of one of the reviewers to cover the casserole dish (I didn't). It made my cook time longer, but the end result was still absolutely delicious! In fact, that's all I needed for lunch today! Thank you.

Mizithra Browned Butter Pasta

So simple and delicious! But do be sure the brown the butter (to a nut brown color). I do this at a low boil - it's worth the time! It completely changes the taste of the butter which is what makes this recipe AMAZING. Watch the butter closely though so it doesn't burn.
