Easy Tuna Casserole
Best tuna casserole I have ever had. Used Velveeta cubes for the mixture. Egg noodles. And sharp cheddar for the top. Added milk so it wouldn't be so dry. This one is a keeper.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
This recipe is so easy. The only changes I made were, I used sour cream instead of cream of mushroom soup. Added a can of organic black beans. (should have used 2) and used all cheddar cheese. It was what I had on hand. And used yellow spanish rice instead of white. It was yummy. This is a great base recipe. Oh and I added some cumin for more spice. I also used medium spice salsa. Our family likes it spicy. Forgot to add, I also cubed the raw chicken and sauteed it with the onion. Omitted the water since I pre-cooked the yellow rice.
