This came out more fantastic than I could have imagined! I bought a package of smoked sausages from the store and the rest of the ingredients I got from our local farmer's market (as well as some excellent corn). I used a double wrapping of foil to make sure nothing leaked when I flipped it and left it on the grill for 30 minutes. The sausages and onions were just starting to caramelize and the potatoes and beans were tender. This is a perfect summer meal!
