I am wife, mom of five teenagers. (yes. . .it is an interesting place to live), homemaker, and homeschool teacher/administrator. I love my job!!! I love to bake! I guess cookies are top on the list, then bread, then any other type of baked good. My desire is to learn to make things from scratch and do it well. Dinner at least 5 nights a week around our table with all seven of us enjoying it together. I also love to make each holiday unique with special foods for breakfast, dinner, and dessert. I've mastered making dinner rolls and several types of cookies. I'm learning to make certain main dishes very well. Since baking is usually my forte, I love it when I am able to cook something well! I've had many flops over the years. But then, isn't that the way you grow and mature in life. It teaches you what NOT to do, and eventually what TO do. :-)
