Aussie Chicken

OMG, this is to die for. We only make this on special occasions because it's not too healthy. I cook the bacon in the oven then use a tbs of drippings to brown chicken in skillet. I also brown mushrooms a little bit too, then I put in baking dish as described. This is the best!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2007
It's not the prettiest dip but man is this gooooood! Everytime I make this people ask me for the recipe. I combine all and bake at 350 for about 25 mins. Not too spicy. Try it!

Black and White Pizza

This was really good. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't so spicy. Next time I will use canned green chilis instead of jalapenos. Also was kind of greasy, will cut down on sauce next time. Really good flavor, will make again.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Soooooo good! I also use only about 1/2 cup of dressing, and drain chicken a little bit before putting it on the pizza, can get a little greasy. Serve w/ extra dressing on side to dip. Yummy!!

Super Soup

What a great way to use up left over turkey legs! I used fresh broccoli, and I added fresh rosemary and parsley along with salt and pepper and this was about the best soup I have ever made. I lightened it up a bit using low fat soup and cheese. Definitely a keeper!

Shrimp Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
This was very good, although you can't really taste the shrimp. It is a good variation to artichoke dip. I added jack and cheddar cheese because I had it on hand. It was all eaten up, super tasty!

Garlic Creamed Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2004
I made a few changes to this to make it my own. I cut chicken into chunks and browned in butter in a skillet. I mixed the soup, sour cream, and cream cheese together with about 1/4 c. white wine and 1 tsp. garlic & herb seasoning. Poured into skillet, covered, and simmered while my rice cooked. I also doubled the garlic. Wow, this was yummy, and my boyfriend said it was definitely a keeper!

Banana Banana Bread

This is a great basic recipe to start with. I have had a lot of fun adding extra goodies. I like to add chocolate chips and pecans, or coconut, or peanut butter. I also added nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla to the recipe. Yum Yum. Have fun!

BLT Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2004
Took this dip to a football party and it was all eaten up, and everyone at the party asked me for the recipe. I took the suggestion of others and added a couple green onions and some fresh cracked pepper. I served it with butter crackers and triscuts. Super easy and very tasty!

Chicken Fiesta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2004
This recipe is awesome and so easy. This is my quick get together lunch when I have unexpected company. The recipe is great as is. I use cajun seasoning that I have on hand instead of buying fajita packets, and I use red onion. Very yummy!!
