Truly delicious. Try adding rosemary to it to give it extra flavor.

Chocolate Cream Frosting
This recipe goes amazingly well with desserts that are already sweet, but need an extra touch. It is especially good in chocolate eclairs, because it won't overpower the filling.

Cream Puffs
These cream puffs are very good. I am also impressed with the easy and delicious filling. This recipe is at it's best with chocolate on top, but one that isn't too sweet, because the filling already is. Use Kevin Ryan's "Chocolate Cream Frosting" for amazing chocolate eclairs.
