Manicotti Alla Romana
So far, this is my family's favorite "stuffed" recipe. I have made it with the jumbo shells and substituted the beef for a mild Italian sausage. It was delicious!

Guacamole
Excellent, fresh and so good for you!!!! However, I did leave out the Cayenne pepper, as I do not like things spicy. I was never a Guacamole fan until I made this. Now, I can go through the whole batch by myself in less than two days!

Steak N Gravy
This was simply one of the best venison recipes I've ever tried! My husband is a hunter and we have struggled for years trying to find a venison recipe that I liked. An added plus was that the leftovers were wonderful as well! Definately a "must try" for the hesitant hunter's wife!
