Awesome soup. I made a few very minor changes because I didn't have everything in the list of ingredients. I added about 2 cups of cut up ham from a spiral ham I made a few days ago and simmered the soup with the ham bone too. I used baby carrots and jarred crushed garlic. I didn't have any spinach so I left that and the vinegar out. It was superb! Thanks for sharing!

This was very yummy and would be good on chicken too! I followed the recipe exactly and it made more sauce than I needed. Next time, I will either have more with it or cut the recipe back a bit. Thanks for sharing it was delish!
