Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
My 28-year-old son just had his first piece of this dessert. He said nothing but "Mmmmm" while eating it, ran to the refrigerator and had another piece, then responded, "This could be my downfall!" He has just left to get the ingredients so that he can make this and take it to work. This is a wonderful recipe--easy to prepare, reasonable cost, better the next day. I just reduced the sugar in both the filling and topping. Thank you for this incredible recipe!
