Curried Coconut Chicken
I thought this was just okay, but my boyfriend loved it. I've made him a lot of recipes from this site, and he this has been his favorite.

Beer Bread II
I thought this had a bitter aftertaste, but I blame the beer I used. (Heineken.) I would try it again with another beer. I couldn't taste the cheese or green peppers -- I wouldn't include those again.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
These turned out really well. As advised, I sifted the onion pieces out of the onion soup mix and I lined the baking sheet with foil. I also cut the potatoes into eighths instead of halves, and that reduced the cooking time. They were delicious.
