Better Than Brad Pitt Cake
This cake was good but nothing to rave about. Maybe I'm prejudiced because I think this cake is missing a major ingredient - chocolate! ;^) Seriously though, if you like vanilla you will probably really enjoy this cake.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce
OMG this was delicious! I added baby bellas and a couple cloves of minced garlic as recommended by others. I can't say enough about how good this was and the friends I served it too agreed it was fabulous. I will definitely be making this again.

Beer Bread I
I added some grated cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos for a little extra kick. Pretty tasty and in all honesty I would probably give it 5 stars if I liked beer. ;^)I was looking for recipes to use up the Warsteiner beer my houseguest left behind when he went back to Germany. Thanks Jodi.
