Ciabatta Bread
I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with a pool of gooey paste. I managed to divide it in to somehow and glopped it onto parchment paper. I followed the recipe to a T and did not add extra flour. The "bread" came out like a flat almost cracker type bread. My yeast and all ingredients were very fresh. I may try again and add more flour??

Quick Polynesian Chicken
I topped the chicken first with a teriyaki sauce then baked it with the fruit cocktail. No one in my family liked this - way too bland.

Brie and Mandarin Salad
This was a nice salad. I didn't have champagne so I used extra virgin olive oil, a bit of sugar, 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice along with the other dressing ingredients listed on the recipe. I would probably make this again.
