Quick Polynesian Chicken

I topped the chicken first with a teriyaki sauce then baked it with the fruit cocktail. No one in my family liked this - way too bland.

Brie and Mandarin Salad

This was a nice salad. I didn't have champagne so I used extra virgin olive oil, a bit of sugar, 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice along with the other dressing ingredients listed on the recipe. I would probably make this again.

Chicken Thigh Fricassee with Mushrooms and Rosemary

This recipe was not that great. I followed it to a T but it seemed like there was too much runny sauce and although it smelled wonderful my family did not like it - the colour didn't come out that nice.
