Tomato and Avocado Salad with Green Empress Dressing

Taste testing the dressing - I thought that it had a tad too much vinegar (and thought that next time I should cut the vinegar by half) but once drizzled over the Tomatoes and Cheese -- It was Delicious! No need to alter the recipe.

Mother's Ham Casserole

This was comfort food at its best. Do this exactly as written, you will be impressed! My husband is not a casserole person, and he wanted more. Next time I will double it!
