Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I followed the recipe very closely. I did add two cloves of minced garlic, used flavored breadcrumbs instead of crackers, and I only needed 1/2 cup of milk. I used 1/8 cup sugar and a few dashes of worcestershire to the ketchup and put it on top instead of the bottom. It took a tad bit longer to cook, but this is one amazing meatloaf. My whole family really enjoyed it. I'm sure I'll make it again sometime.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
These came out perfect and everyone loved them. I soaked the raisins first. No need to put the dough in the fridge first. Toffee bits are also good instead of raisins if people don't like them. I'll never use another oatmeal cookie recipe.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I made these for Valentines Day and they are the best chocolate chip cookies that I have ever made. I doubled the recipe and put half of the dough in the freezer for later. I accidently used an extra egg white and it made no difference. Used a mixture of choclate chunks and chocolate/white chocolate swirls. They were done in about 15-19 minutes (depending on how many were on a pan). As soon as the edges are brown, take them out, let them harden just a touch, then move to a rack. I had no issues with the dough and there would have been no reason to put it in the freezer or fridge before putting on the cookie sheet.
