Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup
I haven't tried making the syrup but this recipe makes a very nicely flavored pumpkin waffle. My 3yr old asks for them often! They are a dense waffle. They need to cook a little longer than plain waffles for the outside to become crispy.

Chocolate Waffles I
Using a belgium waffle maker, this recipe only produced 4 waffles for me not 10. They are a dense, chewy waffle and not very chocolate flavored. I even separated the eggs and beat the whites before folding them into the batter (as I do with my other waffle recipes) but even that did not lighten up these waffles.

One Egg Lemon Pound Cake
Very good! I used lemon zest and fresh lemon juice. Baked it longer too and it was yummy!!
