Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
delicious and works every time. Even with less banana..can use apple sauce or sour cream to make up the amount for the 2 cups of bananas. Love it with walnuts and choc chips!!! My son LOVES this recipe!!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Delicious!!! Excellent and sooo very easy to make!! Great to use other flavours of pudding and cake mix...used yoghurt left in the fridge instead of sour cream and is just as delicious and moist!

Love the bottom of this....mousse is good but tasted better a couple of days later. Definately very easy to make!!!!
