Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini

11-21-07 This is wonderful. My family wouldn't even consider tomato soup. I made this and they loved it. I add some diced tomatoes from a can just because we like tomatoes. I had a tomato soup at a restaurant and there were bits of tomato in it so I added it to this one.

Fish Tacos

11-21-07 My family loves this recipe. We have made it just as it is written except for the capers, not always available. The second time we made it without breading the fish, just seasoned the fish with lemon pepper and used the sauce recipe. It is great both ways. The second one is just a way to save on the waistline if you want to. Can use shredded lettuce if your family objects to cabbage. Thank you for the recipe.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

What a wonderful surprise! My kids were sneaking spears from the dish before I could set it on the table. My husband and I like it too. It was very simple to make and loaded with flavor. Thank you.

Cheeseburger Vegetable Soup

I thought this was very good. I used Italian sausage in place of the hamburger, just to add a little zip. I also added some garlic and I cut back on the milk a little bit. We like our soups a little thick. Would make again.

My Favorite Soup

This is now my families favorite soup. It was so easy to make and I didn't need to change a thing. I did add some extra shrimp, just because. Very easy and quick to make.

Quick Clam Chowder

This soup is wonderful and so easy to make. The flavors are just right. I used a small size frozen shrimp that I thawed out and took out the excess water from the shrimp. I also put in some extra shrimp. It is now my favorite soup.

Dad's Spaghetti

My family ate it and said they loved it. For something different I added sausage instead of hamburger and it was simple and easy to make. Nice when you don't have a jar of sauce on hand.
