Roasted Potato Cauliflower Pasta
Excellent!! Our young children gobbled it up and asked for seconds! Great way to get good veggies into kids! We used whole wheat pasta too!

Whole Grain Pancakes
Excellent! I ground the oats to make the batter thicker and since we are dairy free, I subbed vanilla coconut milk... DELICIOUS!!

Cinnamon Sour Cream Biscuits
These are very good! I think the addition of cinnamon chips would make them outstanding!! I also substituted half shortening and half butter for the margarine.
