Pot Sticker Dumplings
Great dough! Definately need more boiling water though. The filling was a little sweetish for me, but my kids loved it! I guess I prefer a more gingery filling :)

Baked Ziti I
Very good recipe!! I think the types of sauce that is used could really make a difference in the taste... I used a 3 cheese and a parmesan/ricotta blend..MMmmm. My one complaint is that it could of used a little more salt.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I agree with some reviewers about this recipe "missing something", and I think it may be SALT!! Next time I'm going to either use salted butter or increase the salt to 1tsp and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise YUMMY :)
