Light Oat Bread
This bread was a good base that I made some slight changes to, in order to suit my own tastes. I substituted honey for the brown sugar, 1 cup of white flour for whole wheat flour, and 1 tablespoon of butter for 3 tablespoons of flax seed. Then I sprinkled some wheat germ on top just before baking. I baked it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (thanks to previous reviewers) and it came out perfectly.

Cuban Water Bread
My husband loves this bread as an alternative to the rich, buttery breads that I normally make.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
My mother loved this when I cooked it for her. I will always toast my orzo and then boil it in broth or stock from now on. I added in some pinenuts and it was fabulous.
