Old Fashioned Potato Salad
In the future, I would need to cook the potatoes and the eggs for a few more minutes. The potatoes, in particular, were a bit too underdone for my taste. I left out the celery for personal preference. Next time, I'd probably cut back on the onion also. I added some chopped dill pickles and pickle juice. This is the first time I've made potato salad and I'll be able to try a few things differently next time! Good recipe!
