This recipe was really tasty and refreshing for summer. I didn't quite use the entire packet of italian dressing and needed another cucumber in order to use most of the dip mixture. Very good! Will definitely use this recipe again.

In the future, I would need to cook the potatoes and the eggs for a few more minutes. The potatoes, in particular, were a bit too underdone for my taste. I left out the celery for personal preference. Next time, I'd probably cut back on the onion also. I added some chopped dill pickles and pickle juice. This is the first time I've made potato salad and I'll be able to try a few things differently next time! Good recipe!

This is a fabulous soup! I made it today and it turned out great. I did add some extra tomato juice & vegetables, but everything else I did exactly as the recipe said. Delicious! I will definitely make this one again (and again....and again!)
