Apple-Stuffed Acorn Squash
Very good. I took note of the prior reviews regarding the squash drying out and solved that be brushing the exposed flesh of the squash with melted butter about half way through the baking time and then covering the pan I was using with foil. Only other changes were to substitute a little Splenda for the honey, and added some dried fruit (raisins & craisins) and chopped pecans into the chopped apple stuffing. I'm picking up another squash to do this again tomorrow

Golden Pork Chops
Basically cut the recipe in half but added the following: Half of a red bell pepper, chopped Minced garlic Add some mile to thin down the cream of mushroom soup Also as others have mentioned, I browned the chops and sauteed the chopped onion, mushrooms & bell pepper Results - Very Good

Roasted Pork Loin
Just made this for dinner. Added thyme to the spices per other recommendations. Turned out excellent. Moist and flavorful. My roast was still slightly frozen in the center so I reduced the temp to 300 and cooked it for 2 hours (internal temp 160)
