Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Very tasty, very rich, but cooked it an hour longer than suggested and the potatoes still weren't done completely. Cooked it at higher temp too.

Spiced Apple Muffins
I used half white flour, half whole wheat flour. These muffins turned out way too dense, and incredibly bland. I will NOT make these again, and would suggest that others looking for a good apple muffin recipie, pass this one up.

Garlic Pork Roast
Very sweet...husband said it could use more garlic, less sweet...but still very very good. Kids would like it.
