Sweet-Sour Red Cabbage
Very good and I am not an over the top cabbage fan, the only thing I might change is I will try leaving out the water next time as it seemed to dilute it a little too much. Cooked the cabbage then simmered with pre-cooked keilbasa served as an appetizer. Very easy and very good.

Red Raspberry Vinaigrette
I doubled the jam as I prefer very sweet dressing but I also like fruit in my salad. But it was very good

Easy Punch
Not great but not awful either. I made 1/2 of the recipe except added an entire 2 liter of gingerale. I think a different flavor of koolaid would have been better. The taste of pineapple was kind of strong to me. I added a tub of rainbow sherbert which seemed to reduce the pineapple flavor a little. I remember as a child having a similar punch that used orange koolaid that I really liked
