Best Brownies
I will give this 5 stars because my stupidity is not a reason to deduct!! Baked the whole pan and then realized I left out the flour! So mad at myself. They actually ended up tasting like gooey warm brownie batter, which my kids will still eat. I am only posting this to comment on the icing. The recipe does not really say what to DO with the ingredients in the icing, just what to put in it. I guess it is assumed I one would know. It came out VERY thick. While the flavor was good, even on very warm brownies (err, baked batter) it was difficult to spread. Not sure if there is a clarification that might help. Will try again sometime!
