I LOVED this soup, and my family thought it was good, but not jumping up and down kind of good. the tiny bit of red pepper really did give it more kick than I was expecting. I added a can of baby corn, green onions, and some broccoli that was left over from the previous nights dinner. Will use again!

I will give this 5 stars because my stupidity is not a reason to deduct!! Baked the whole pan and then realized I left out the flour! So mad at myself. They actually ended up tasting like gooey warm brownie batter, which my kids will still eat. I am only posting this to comment on the icing. The recipe does not really say what to DO with the ingredients in the icing, just what to put in it. I guess it is assumed I one would know. It came out VERY thick. While the flavor was good, even on very warm brownies (err, baked batter) it was difficult to spread. Not sure if there is a clarification that might help. Will try again sometime!

Made for a Labor Day cookout and it was devoured by the adults before the kids could even get their hands on it - and before dinner was served! It is a keeper. I did not have the cereal on hand, so just used the fritos, pretzels, peanuts, and popcorn. This could easily be adapted to anyones tastes and is YUM!
