This was yummy! A little salty though. I'll use unsalted butter next time. Extremely easy to prepare! I had a couple tails in the fridge that I needed to prepare but I didn't have Old Bay. This was better!

Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

OMG! These short ribs are very good! At first I marinated for two days then put them in the broiler...WONDERFUL!! The second time (a week later) I marinated one day and put on the grill. Much better the first time but very good marinade! Serve with white rice

Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes

OMG!! These were delicious! I started them at work and cooked them throughout the day. It took a little longer to cook than the recipe said because the ham hocks weren't tender enough at the end of two hours so I didn't take them out when I put the potatoes in. I didn't have an onion either. I took them to a Thanksgiving dinner for the airmen that live in the dorm, they were a HIT!!!! I brought the crockpot home empty;)

Easy Grilled Tri Tip

This was a pretty good recipe. It was the first time I made tri tips. I didn't realize there were 4 steaks in the pack. Since it's just me, I grilled a steak at 4hr after marinating. It wasn't that great. Then I grilled the next day and it was very good. The recipe was easy and I would make it again.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Too easy and delicious!! I made this last night for the fire fighters and EMT I work, they thought it was "AWESOME". I followed the directions to a T, very moist and tender. I could barely lift the meat out of the crock without it falling apart. I don't particularly care for Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce but it was the only sauce I had in the fridge and it was pretty good! I will definitely make this again.

Stuffing for Slow Cooker

Banana Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make. Instead of the vanilla, I added banana extract like another rater suggested. I've made it several times and took it to work and it never last. I use caramel sauce from the jar so I don't have a mess to clean up. It's a wonderful recipe and I'll make it again and again!

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

I just made this for a dorm Thanksgiving luncheon. It wasn't appealing to look at because the top slid off the apples when it was cut into. Once I started getting people to try it, it was gone in minutes!!! My commander even had two pieces:P I don't know if letting it sit overnight would help. I did and it still slid. Definitely going into my cookbook!

Fettuccini Alfredo I

I love this! I was a little skeptical tasting it but the flavors really good! I love garlic so I added lots more and more cheese. I might have used a cup instead of a half. Also, I left the hot sauce out and added shrimp and mushrooms. What a great meal! I can't wait to share the leftovers with the people I work with that live in the dorms. They'll love it!
