Easy Grilled Tri Tip
About this Cook
I love trying new recipes! I love to eat so I have a good time in the kitchen. Since it's just me, I use the people I work with as guinea pigs:) So far, they haven't mind. I used to work with the fire dept when I was stationed overseas and they loved the home cooking.
My favorite things to cook
Thai is probably my favorite but I'm very new to it. I'm good at desserts too especially cheesecakes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Japanese fried rice but that's about the only thing I can get close to my momma's
My cooking triumphs
Just about recipe I have tried!
My cooking tragedies
Can you believe mashed potatoes?

Broiled Lobster Tails
This was yummy! A little salty though. I'll use unsalted butter next time. Extremely easy to prepare! I had a couple tails in the fridge that I needed to prepare but I didn't have Old Bay. This was better!

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
I've made this many times! Always get rave reviews. It's hearty on a cold day. Never any leftover.
