Thick Chocolate Pudding
I followed the recipe, increasing the amount of sugar and using semi-sweet chocolate and cocoa powder, however, it came out like chocolate jello! To make it again, I would decrease the amount of cornstarch.

Caramel Peanut Fudge
I have made this several times and always a big hit. They are time consuming so plan accordingly but well worth the effort. Everyone always asks for the recipe

Pasta Fruit Salad II
I have a similar recipe to this and am going to suggest using acine de pepe pasta as it is very small, almost like a tapioca.No one will believe it is pasta! Overall this is an excellent salad and usually the first thing to go at parties.
