Delicious! Will definitely use this recipe often! We used reduced/low fat evaportaed milk and they were still great.

Country Green Beans

These were easy, yummy, and inexpensive. I will make these regularly when we eat ham. Served them with our Easter dinner as a side to honey baked ham and just tossed a handful of that in. Easy and yummy!

Pie Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2011
Super easy and good. I used strawberry pie filling and substituted vanilla for the cinnamon. I don't know how the person who submitted the photo cut it into wedges like that, because mine is so moist I don't see how it would hold that shape. Actually, more moist than I would prefer, but got so many rave reviews I will definitely make it again and will enjoy experimenting with different pie fillings. I like the reviewers ideas to spruce it up a bit, so that will be an ongoing adventure to add to it. I think a streusel top would be great, and adding some additional fresh fruit might also be nice.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
Easy, quick, and delicious! Stuck to just 8 minutes in the oven and they were perfect! Rolled mine in green sugar for St. Patty's Day and they were excellent. Used the specified amount of vanilla and they flavor was perfect. The cookies came out a little smaller than expected -- they didn't spread out as much as I anticipated, but I compensated by rolling bigger cookies after the first sheet. This is a definite keeper! Thanks for sharing!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These taste good, but I was kinda disappointed, as I was expecting something REALLY good after reading the reviews. Made as written. Guess I prefer the standard cookie a little better than this fluffier type.

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Took this to a party where everyone brought an appetizer. This was the first thing gone. Everyone was raving and requesting the recipe. Made it just as the recipe calls for and wouldn't change a thing! This one is a keeper. Thanks for posting!

Habanero Hellfire Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2009
Added a touch of brown sugar and substituted three of the habaneros with serranos to tone down a bit. We thought it was good, but not the best we've ever tasted. Took to a chili cook-off where it was up against 14 other chilis and over 100 people voted. It got only one vote for "best." We felt kinda the same way. Not bad by any means and good for something different, but not our favorite.

Marzetti® Hawaiian Slaw

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
Made this for a luau party. It had a good flavor but was somewhat soupy. Next time I may use pineapple tidbits rather than crushed pineapple. I drained and pressed the crushed pineapple and it still had this problem. But will definitely try again. Unique and yummy!

Herbed Pomegranate Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
Excellent recipe! Not a spicy salsa, so if that's what you crave, you might need to kick up the peppers. While I like mine spicy, but this was a nice change. It is very fresh tasting and different from any other salsa I've tried. My husband also loves it. Takes some time to chop everything, but worth the effort. Too bad pomegranate season is so short! I usually didn't use all of the herbs called for, but like an earlier poster, am not sure whether I'm putting in the right amounts: sprig vs. bunch, etc. Put the seeds in early so you can see whether the herbs are overtaking them. I would think this would also taste good with strawberries in it if you can't find pomegranate seeds! Thanks for the recipe!
