Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Wow, O'man this is great! Everyone in the family LOVED LOVED this. I have made it twice, once as written and then added low moisture mozzarella cheese with few drops of basil olive oil (from Target- Archer Farms) and it was 10X's better with only adding a few more calories to this yummie chicken. The second time I made this I added more tomatoes..We will be eating this at least once a month!

This was a good base recipe. You can do so much with it. I added green, yellow and red peppers, chicken and used soy milk instead. Turned out great!

Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts

My picky 2 year old ate the entire chicken breast! I can not believe how awesome this recipe is ...It's wonderful just as written. Although, I added mushrooms; and that was just because I needed to get rid of 'em. Thanks Le Ann for a great recipe!

Dirty Rice

This is by no means dirty rice. I followed this as written and feel that there are tons of other recipes that rate much higher. It would have been easier to just boil the rice and add all the other stuff to it.. Will not make again.

Cavatelli and Broccoli

When I was looking for a "broccoli recipe" I wanted another way to cook my broccoli. I left out the pasta and just cooked the broccoli as written, I could only imagine that the pasta would be great in this, but it's for sure NOT needed!!!!
