Butterscotch Pecan Cookies
These are GREAT- I made a batch of these cookies and they were gobbled up so fast, I had to make a second batch the next day.

Jimmy Carter Dessert
I made it for a party this past weekend - DELICIOUS!!! I followed directions EXACT and it came out great. The only thing that I added was I did refrigerate the pan between adding layers, so that the ingredients would chill and firm up before spreading the next layer on. Thanks for a yummy recipe.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
My grandmother made peanut butter fudge for years, always around the holidays. Her PB fudge was the one thing that she did cook. When she died 10 years ago, I was the only family member to get her recipe. I made it for a few holiday after she died, but everyone commented that it just wasn't the same. UNTIL -I made this PB fudge recipe. EVERYONE went wild over it - told me that Mom-Mom would be proud. I just smiled; I didn't have the heart to tell anyone that it wasn't her recipe. DEFINITELY - set your kitchen timer for the 7 minutes of boiling/stirring. I poured the fudge out onto a wax paper lined jelly roll pan (which I won't do again) The fudge stuck to the wax paper, but still tasted GREAT. VERY CREAMY, not super sugary like some fudge can be.
