Hasty Chocolate Pudding
This is so good! I followed the recipe EXACTLY except that I replaced the vanilla extract with rum instead. So so smooth and delicious! Very easy to make too. Love it!

Chicken Afritada
This recipe is excellent. I would recommend you to follow the recipe exactly. DO NOT omit the ginger as it is what gives this recipe the zing. The whole family loved it. Hubby says this is the best dish I've ever made.

Quick Creamy Spinach and Tomato Pasta
It was so simple to make and absolutely delicious. But I stir fried some garlic and minced meat in olive oil so that the sauce is more exciting. Added also, a dash of tabasco sauce as I couldn't find any chili flakes. Works wonders!
